(PTP) is to manage, maintain, and secure PTP's information technology infrastructure, with responsibility for implementing and documenting cybersecurity controls mandated by the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). This role ensures the protection of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to maintain compliance and support eligibility for DoD contracts. Location

Tampa, FL Responsibilities

Administer and maintain network systems, including servers, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V), and other infrastructure. Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, applications, and network connectivity. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and group policies within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system configurations. Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls in accordance with the CMMC 2.0 framework and its foundational standards, such as NIST SP 800-171 and FAR 52.204-21. Conduct annual internal assessments of IT systems and documentation to ensure continuous CMMC compliance. Support CMMC certification assessments led by third parties (C3PAOs) or government agencies (DIBCAC), and prepare necessary documentation as evidence. Manage and track compliance status, including annual affirmations from a senior official, within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Develop and execute incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation strategies. Protect FCI and CUI by implementing appropriate security measures, including access controls and encryption. Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees. Monitor system and network performance and analyze logs to identify vulnerabilities and risks. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Manage backup schedules, retention policies, and data recovery procedures. Administer and maintain network firewalls, switches, and other security infrastructure. Ensure that all external connections and publicly accessible systems are properly protected. Qualifications

A bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in systems administration. Experience with CMMC compliance, NIST SP 800-171, and FAR 52.204-21 is highly preferred. Proficiency in administering Windows and/or Linux server environments. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or MCITP. Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization (e.g., VMWare), and networking protocols. Strong communication and documentation skills.
