Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York, and Hudson Valley Properties is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with strong video production and editing skills to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who can bring ideas to life across multiple platforms — from print and digital to motion and video — while staying true to our brand standards. Design and produce marketing materials including branding elements, flyers, brochures, digital ads, posters, and direct mail for company and agent initiatives. Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, company initiatives, and large-format displays. Support real estate agents and the brand through design and video — including short-form social reels and branded video ads. Create engaging graphics, animations, and motion content using Premiere Pro and After Effects. Conceptualize and design personal branding materials for agents including custom logos and custom marketing materials Develop presentation materials to support training, leadership meetings, and corporate communications. Ensure all creative work aligns with company branding and compliance guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field — or equivalent professional experience. 2–4 years of professional experience in design and video production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva. Strong understanding of composition, typography, and storytelling across print and motion. Knowledge of pre-press and print production standards. Knowledge of Asana Project Management platform is a plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. A portfolio and video samples are required for consideration. Wage:

$23.00 - $26.45 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Benefits
