Overview The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating on brand visual storytelling by bringing the Luke Family of Brands to life through creativity. The Graphic Designer supports multiple business units including, but not limited to, Luke Convenience Stores, LiqGo, County Line Orchard and additional retail and hospitality operations by developing and executing design concepts across print, digital and in store environments. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and internal teams to create visually engaging materials for advertising, menu boards, promotional signs, digital screens, social media, websites, packaging and corporate communications. The Graphic Designer ensures brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while delivering high impact designs that strengthen customer engagement, drive sales and enhance recognition of Luke campaigns. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create visual assets for print and digital media, including social media graphics, marketing campaigns, website layouts, presentations and advertising materials

Collaborate with marketing, category management and social teams to develop cohesive and engaging visual stories

Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints

Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Stay current on design trends, emerging tools and best practices

Experience/Qualifications

BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with Figma, Canva or similar tools

Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography and visual hierarchy

Experience designing for both digital (web, email, social) and print format

Preferred Skills

Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts

Basic motion graphics, product photography, video editing

Hours The Graphic Designer is a full time position and works a minimum of 40 hours per week

The Graphic Designer is an exempt, salaried position
