Position EUD OS Engineer / Endpoint Engineer
Role Overview Advanced identity knowledge related to modern device management in a Microsoft 365 tenant is required. Specifically, this role involves Endpoint engineering, with subject matter expertise managing devices and client applications via Microsoft Intune.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and non-Windows devices for efficient endpoint management across various operating systems, platforms, and device types.
Implement and manage endpoints at scale using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Intune Suite, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Copilot for Security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365.
Implement identity, security, access, policies, updates, and apps for endpoints.
Troubleshoot issues related to client platforms, OS, third-party applications, drivers, hardware, and automation impacting end-user experience.
Communicate advanced cloud, automation, client management, and service delivery concepts to peers and leadership.
Produce enterprise-level designs for end-user device computing, including automation, delivery, monitoring, security configurations, and compliance.
Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience and service delivery.
Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management.
Serve as an escalation point for automation, application, and client configuration support.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

5+ years of experience
IAT Level II Certification
Active DoD Secret Clearance OR Current DHA Public Trust/NACLC Background Check
Possession of one of the following Certifications within 180 DAYS of Employment: IAT Level III Certification
