About the Role At
Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville , the
Assistant Banquet Manager
plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all banquet functions, both on-site and off-site. This role supports the Banquet leadership team in delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences that reflect the highest standards of Four Seasons.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate the Banquet team to uphold Four Seasons culture and core standards.
Ensure smooth daily operations, from event setup to guest service, maintaining a visible and supportive presence throughout functions.
Coordinate closely with Catering and Conference Services to guarantee that every detail of the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) is executed flawlessly.
Oversee labor and operating costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of food and beverage offerings with strong product knowledge, including wine and spirits.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Participate in regular operational meetings to ensure alignment across departments.
Inspect banquet facilities and equipment, recommending improvements or repairs as necessary.
Promote a harmonious and professional work environment through teamwork and positive communication.
Qualifications
College degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within Banquets or Food & Beverage.
Strong knowledge of banquet operations, food and beverage service, cost control, and scheduling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Computer literacy and familiarity with F&B systems.

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as business requires.
