Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging new customers, increasing conversions, and creating a streamlined purchasing journey for homeowners. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our innovative renovation solutions. Position Overview Run Zoom demos with contractors & interior designers to close SaaS subscriptions Convert warm inbound leads + partner-generated pipeline Track performance in CRM and consistently hit quota Collaborate with team for training, product knowledge, and growth Key Responsibilities Engagement: Forge strong connections with potential clients, effectively communicating the transformative power of our products. Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty. Target Achievement: Strategically pursue and exceed sales targets through tailored solutions and unparalleled service. Professional Development: Participate in training sessions at our Encino office to attain comprehensive knowledge of our products while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in SaaS sales or technology solutions, ideally selling into the construction, remodeling, or interior design space Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities coupled with strong interpersonal skills. Drive: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and expectations. Adaptability: Comfortable working independently while thriving within a team-oriented environment. Compensation Competitive Salary: Base salary complemented by commission. Earnings Potential: Average yearly income ranging from $150,000 - $200,000, reflecting your contributions and performance.
