Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in the structural steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and cost estimation within fabrication and erection projects, and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

Manage structural steel projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Prepare accurate project estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve project-related issues. Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, industry codes, and company quality policies. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in the structural steel or construction industry. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and project management principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications. Proficiency with project management and estimation software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. What We Offer
