What You’ll Do

Hunting for New Business:

Identify and aggressively pursue new customer acquisition opportunities, with a primary focus on the DACH market.

Driving the Full Sales Cycle:

From lead generation to closing deals, take full ownership of the sales process.

Consultative Selling:

Conduct compelling sales presentations and masterfully negotiate contracts to secure new clients.

Market Leadership:

Analyse market trends and stay ahead of the competition to maintain our leading position.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software sales (ideally SaaS) , with a proven history of exceeding targets.

Experience selling to HR departments is essential ; a background in AI or HR tech is a big plus.

Fluent in both English and German.

A strategic and persuasive presence with a natural ability to understand people and navigate complex situations.

The ability to work independently, take full ownership, and thrive in a dynamic, international team.
