Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Private Equity Accountant will be preparing and maintaining quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
Prepares quarterly journal entries in conjunction with the quarterly Fund financial reporting process
Prepare IRR calculations
Prepares bank reconciliations
Interacts directly with Fund auditors to handle open items on assigned group of Funds
Assists Asset Managers in resolving audit issues that arise
Performs ad hoc requests and projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
1-3 years of accounting within Private Equity or Public Accounting (with Investment clients)
Knowledge of GAAP Accounting
Ability to learn proprietary databases, applications, and related reporting tools, as required
Ability to actively engage with other team members as part of a collaborative environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
