Position Summary

Location: 6400 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109
We are seeking an Off-Campus Work-Study Assistant for the Advancement Office. Responsible for data entry and assisting with organizing the school's alumni database. Work 10‑28 hours per week, beginning late October. Must have a Work Study Award.

Essential Functions
Data entry for master database
Internet research on potential missing information
Maintain confidentiality
Support the school and its mission, maintaining professionalism
Foster and maintain a culture of mutual respect, equitable practice, and joy
Demonstrate cultural competence and effectively collaborate across differences
Work in a team environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to adhere to confidentiality
Basic data entry knowledge
