Overview
Remote - Eligible candidates must reside in North Carolina Scope of Work: We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager with a strong background in private lending for Real Estate and specialized loan products, including Bridge Loans, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loans. This role is responsible for driving Business Development, managing Client Relationships, and expanding market presence across key regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Real Estate investment financing, a proven ability to close deals, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow and manage their own book of business. This is a field-based role with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships
with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, wholesalers, general contractors and financial institutions. Originate and close private lending deals , including Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loans. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
within assigned territories. Manage a personal pipeline
and self-generate leads through networking and outreach. Conduct client meetings , presentations, and site visits to assess project viability and promote lending solutions. Collaborate
with Underwriting and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing. Monitor
regional market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Attend industry events and local networking functions to build brand visibility. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and performance metrics. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in
Private Lending ,
Mortgage , or
Real Estate Finance . Proven experience with
Bridge ,
Fix & Flip ,
DSCR , and
Ground-Up Construction
loan products. Strong understanding of Real Estate Investment strategies and lending structures. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within assigned territories. Fast-paced, client-facing environment. Flexible scheduling with autonomy based on performance.
