About the role The Senior Digital Marketing Business Analyst / Solution Owner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic digital initiatives across marketing as a collaborative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) leader. This role bridges business needs and technical execution as the enterprise expert in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and CRM strategy, ensuring seamless integration of marketing technologies to enable omnichannel customer engagement, data‑driven decision‑making, and scalable business growth. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and deliver scalable capabilities while championing Salesforce best practices and platform governance.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Responsibilities

Serve as the business‑facing subject matter expert for Salesforce and CRM capabilities.

Lead the end‑to‑end solutioning of Salesforce‑based marketing technologies, from ideation through delivery and optimization.

Collaborate with technical leads to strategize Urology‑specific CRM roadmaps aligned with business goals, including capability evolution.

Facilitate workshops to gather and document functional, technical, and data requirements.

Provide experience and expertise to guide collaborators to define a future state solution.

Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile development teams.

Attend technical backlog grooming and represent business leads during user acceptance testing (UAT).

Oversee marketing solution design and configuration, ensuring optimal use of platform features and data flows.

Partner with analytics teams to ensure analytic requirements are documented and woven into build planning.

Support multi‑touch attribution capabilities and leverage standard Salesforce capabilities.

Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, HIPAA, and consent management standards.

Maintain documentation for operational processes, workflows, and training/change management materials.

Support audit readiness and data integrity across systems.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

A minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, CRM strategy, or business analysis roles.

Proven success in Salesforce implementations and marketing automation strategy.

Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, leading lifecycle management and customer segmentation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

Salesforce certification.

Confidence in managing CRM set‑up and capabilities.

Familiarity with healthcare marketing or regulated industries.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum Salary:

$82,600

Maximum Salary:

$156,900. Compensation will commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, and may also include variable components such as annual bonus targets in accordance with company plans.
