Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler wanted in North Miami & Hallandale beach area. We are a Lighting manufacturer in Miami. We need to hire a full-time Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler. The location will be our North Miami warehouse. About Company

Seeking a hard-working Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler for manually assembling electrical cables by cutting, stripping, connecting and terminating wires according to specifications. assembling components, reading instructions, labeling wires, inspecting final products, adhering to safety practices, using testing equipment, and keeping the working area clean. Often using tools like soldering irons, crimping tools, and heat guns, while adhering to quality standards and reading technical diagrams to ensure proper assembly of components within a cable harness or system. Shipping & Packing the orders worked on is required. Palletizing is required. Lifting boxes is required. Moving around boxes is required. Most box weights are usually less than 25lbs. To do well in this position, you should be mechanically skilled enough to use power hand tools in whatever ways your tasks for the day require you to do, hand and eye coordination and endurance. Installation: Install wiring, components and casings, using tools like wire strippers, wire cutters, hand drills, screw drivers and soldering equipment. Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics Accurately understanding wiring diagrams and assembly instructions to properly connect cables. Cutting and stripping wires Precisely measuring and stripping wire insulation to prepare for connections Soldering and crimping Using soldering irons and crimping tools to securely connect wires to connectors Wire routing and labeling Properly routing wires within a cable harness and labeling them according to specifications Assembly of components Put together electrical wire and components, units, and subassemblies Quality inspection Thoroughly testing finished assemblies to ensure functionality and adherence to quality standards. Inspecting glass for the chandelier with any damage or defects. Packing & Shipping Preparing boxes and packing orders worked on. Being able to ship on time. Able to lift boxes in warehouse. Able to Palletize orders. Able to function physically. Qualifications & Required Skills

Hand dexterity: Precise hand movements for handling small wires and connectors Attention to detail: Ability to identify and correct errors in wiring and assembly Basic math skills: Accurate measurement and calculation of wire lengths Technical understanding: Knowledge of electrical wiring color codes and connector types Ability to follow instructions: Precisely following assembly procedures and work instructions Comfortable doing multitask work Calculating measurements Paying attention to details Competitive attitude Handyman skills – Good with your hands Conversational. Interpersonal skills Trust & integrity Able to work independently High school diploma Certification or diploma from a technical school is preferred but not required Strong understanding of quality control principles Hard working nature Able to work under pressure Work Environment & Schedule

Typically, in a manufacturing facility, often standing or sitting at a workbench. May involve repetitive tasks. May require wearing safety gear like gloves and eye protection. Hours & Compensation

Days & time operating hour schedule: Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:30pm; Friday – 8:30am – 4:30pm. Total hours per week = 40 hours. Starting wage is $660 per week gross for 40-hour work week ($16.50 per hour) with periodic increases based on performance. Wages are paid bi-weekly by direct deposit through ADP. Benefits & Perks
