Production Manager - 1st Shift

What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a team of about 150 employees, including supervisors, team leads, and production staff, to deliver top-quality products on time and within budget.
Drive efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing lead times, optimizing resources, and boosting productivity using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Collaborate and innovate with Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning teams to improve workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
Solve problems by monitoring schedules, addressing production challenges, and developing solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
Champion improvement by researching and implementing new equipment and technologies that enhance throughput and reduce costs.
Build a strong culture by fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and pride in performance.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
3–5 years of experience with assembly.
Experience with low-volume, high-mix, or working for an OEM.
Proven success applying Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Track record of problem-solving and driving measurable improvement.
Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends when production demands it.
