This stunning 1000‑room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida.
The ideal candidate holds 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hotel purchasing/receiving. Prior Food & Beverage experience is a plus! Experience working in larger hotels preferred. All team members report to the Director of Purchasing.
Shift Pattern:
Full Availability – Monday to Saturday between 6 AM and 7 PM.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and inventory general merchandise items.
Communicate with chefs and management regarding purchases that align with hotel needs and specifications.
Negotiate pricing and purchase goods, ensuring timely delivery.
Review shipments to ensure products received are consistent with orders and meet proper grade and quality.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
