We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Watertown team and lead commercial and industrial projects with integrity, energy, and results. What You’ll Do
Manage projects from preconstruction through final close-out Lead Superintendents and field crews with a focus on collaboration, safety, and quality Coordinate with in-house self-perform divisions including Structural Steel, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting for leadership Build trust with clients, architects, and engineers through clear communication and problem-solving What You Bring
5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction Strong leadership and organizational skills Financial and contract management experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why Sentry?
