About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced
Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
to lead industrial and commercial construction projects across North Texas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
tilt‑wall, ground‑up industrial, and warehouse buildout projects , including
conversions of existing warehouse space into office or flex environments .
This role is with a growing general contractor recognized for its hands‑on leadership, strong subcontractor relationships, and commitment to building long‑term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers.
Oversee contract administration, change management, and project documentation.
Coordinate with superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and productivity in the field.
Develop and maintain project phasing, logistics, and communication plans.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and assistant project managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
8+ years of experience
in commercial construction, including at least 3 years managing projects independently.
Proven experience in
industrial, tilt‑wall, warehouse, or adaptive reuse projects .
Strong knowledge of structural concrete, steel, and MEP coordination.
Ability to lead multiple projects or large‑scale jobs with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
