Warehouse Supervisor – Alside
Alside is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations. The role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse processes maximize efficiency and sales.
- Accurate receiving and shipping of product.
- Manage pulling process for accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete required paperwork and provide to the appropriate department.
- Maintain warehouse appearance and functionality to company standards.
- Partner with Operations Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Review and correct inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure merchandise is properly racked and tagged.
- Assist with inventory and safety audits.
- Manage workload, dispatch drivers, and oversee warehouse processes.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and progressive discipline of associates.
- Monitor safety and provide training for new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and two years or more related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- 2+ years wholesale experience.
- 2+ years previous warehouse/manufacturing experience.
- Basic warehouse/wholesale operations knowledge.
- Inventory control experience.
- Familiarity with safety policies and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Physical Requirements
- Lift or move up to 100 lbs.
- Must stoop and kneel daily.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
- Perform manual labor such as loading and unloading product and handle forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.

Work Environment
This position is primarily in a warehouse environment with forklifts. Employees must wear personal protective equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat, and frequent use of company communication devices such as a computer, cell phone, and printer is required.
