New Century Service is a commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman company serving customers across the Midwest. We focus on preventative maintenance, repair, and small project work for both national and local clients. The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of warehouse operations, fleet logistics, purchasing, and supply chain coordination. This role manages a small team including delivery truck driver/warehouse assistants, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently managed to support our field teams and customer projects.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, organization, and cleanliness.
• Supervise and support warehouse and delivery staff, promoting safety and accountability.
• Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and material sourcing to meet project needs.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, delivery scheduling, and equipment logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking systems.
• Coordinate tool and equipment repairs, returns, and field assignments.
• Oversee building maintenance and shop upkeep.
• Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse and supply chain operations.

What We\'re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse or supply chain experience, preferably in construction, HVAC, or related trades.
• Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and material sourcing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate warehouse equipment and trucks/trailers.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver\'s license (truck/trailer experience preferred).
• Clean driving record.
