Job Title: Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour | Paid Weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to cut metal accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
- Monitor equipment regularly and maintain performance records.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in scrap processing is a plus.
- Excellent hand‑eye and foot coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically capable of working in a demanding environment and operating heavy equipment.
- Confident decision‑making skills under pressure.
