What You’ll Do

• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and job specs to build accurate cost estimates
• Calculate labor, material, and production times for unique fabrication projects
• Work closely with engineers, sales, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify scope and expectations
• Prepare clear, professional quotes that set the stage for project success

What You Bring

• 2+ years of estimating experience in metal fabrication or job shop environments
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes (welding, machining, cutting, etc.)
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing skills
• ERP/manufacturing software experience is a plus
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong math, communication, and organizational skills
