Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
Manage communication flow, acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
Assist in planning and executing company events and functions as needed.
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.
