Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executives.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and administrative needs.
  • Support the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support a busy executive team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
