Our client is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to join their team. Position will start as a 20 hour/week temp role with the intent of growing to 40 hours/week, FTE.
Role:
Join a growing, people-centric professional services organization as Executive Assistant to the CEO. This newly created role offers unique exposure to executive-level strategy, confidential decision-making, and organizational growth. You'll work directly with a hands-on CEO who values efficiency and strategic thinking, providing calendar optimization, research support, and high-level administrative coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule, de-conflict and prioritize calendar and travel, according to CEO’s goals. Provide proactive planning that maximizes CEO’s time and anticipates needs/hurdles.
- Communicate internally and externally on CEO’s behalf
- Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
- Attend meetings alongside CEO and in his absence, uphold the core values of executive
- Maintain confidentiality and always operate with discretion
- Manage ad hoc projects that support the executive team’s strategic goals
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure that operational goals are integrated into broader business objectives.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in a professional services or engineering firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven aptitude for time management and optimization
- Organize work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimal direction.
- Take initiative and exhibit independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, company guests, and the public.
- Excellent customer service skills when working internally and externally
