Overview
Non-Financial Risk Technology supports operational controls and surveillance capabilities to strengthen the firm’s resilience to threats and fraud. We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications and assist with priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience (financial services preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Concur, Ariba a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Must be flexible, proactive, and collaborative.
