(Part Time) Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

Mid‑sized aerospace company in South Seattle, WA is hiring for a temporary part‑time Recruiting Coordinator for a 6‑month contract. This position will be 100% onsite from 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM PST, Monday‑Friday (30 hours per week).

Compensation: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, W‑2 employment through Aston Carter.

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Post job listings daily on the company website.
• Call and vet candidates who apply to postings.
• Schedule and calendar 3–5 interviews per day for the recruiter to interview onsite; not responsible for conducting the interviews.
• Conduct all preliminary screening questions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience.
• Outgoing, go‑getter personality.
• Preference for background in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ATS/HR tools such as Greenhouse, Bamboo, Workday, etc.
• Able to submit to a drug test upon onboarding (including THC screening).

Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
