(Part Time) Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer Mid‑sized aerospace company in South Seattle, WA is hiring for a temporary part‑time Recruiting Coordinator for a 6‑month contract. This position will be 100% onsite from 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM PST, Monday‑Friday (30 hours per week). Compensation: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, W‑2 employment through Aston Carter. Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite). Key Responsibilities Post job listings daily on the company website. Call and vet candidates who apply to postings. Schedule and calendar 3–5 interviews per day for the recruiter to interview onsite; not responsible for conducting the interviews. Conduct all preliminary screening questions. Qualifications 1–2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience. Outgoing, go‑getter personality. Preference for background in aerospace or manufacturing. Familiarity with ATS/HR tools such as Greenhouse, Bamboo, Workday, etc. Able to submit to a drug test upon onboarding (including THC screening). Pay & Benefits Pay range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
