Job Title: Capacity Engineer/Manager Location: Charlotte, NC ; Plano, TX Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking/Finance Duration: 12 – 18 months CTH About the Role We are hiring an Capacity Engineer/Manager to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking companies in the U.S. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years IT capacity management experience in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of capacity planning methodologies, performance analysis, and scaling decisions. Ability to understand platform architecture and resource needs across multi–data center environments. Experience reviewing technical docs and interpreting saturation/performance test results. Tools: AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat. Knowledge of ITIL capacity management practices Familiar with risk/regulatory management and information security basics. Strong communication and ability to partner with application/production support teams. Compensation Hourly Rate: $50 - $60/hr This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
