STAFFWORXS is hiring: Senior Automation Tester (Python + Selenium) in Denver

Overview

Senior Automation Tester (Python + Selenium) at STAFFWORXS. Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week). W2 candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python + Selenium WebDriver.
• Design and execute automated tests for web, API, and backend services.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams.
• Analyze results, report bugs, and work with teams to drive resolutions.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for coding standards and automation excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on Python programming (advanced OOP, libraries, etc.)
• Strong Selenium WebDriver experience for web automation.
• Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) using Python libraries (requests, httpx).
• Familiarity with pytest, unittest, or nose2.
• CI/CD integration and Git-based workflows.
• Solid grasp of automation design patterns (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid).
• Agile/Scrum experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
• BDD experience with Behave, Cucumber.
• Exposure to performance testing (Locust, JMeter).
• Docker/containerized test environments.
• Reporting tools like Allure or Extent Reports.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
