STAFFWORXS is hiring: Senior Automation Tester (Python + Selenium) in Denver

Overview Senior Automation Tester (Python + Selenium) at STAFFWORXS. Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week). W2 candidates only. Responsibilities Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python + Selenium WebDriver . Design and execute automated tests for web, API, and backend services . Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions). Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams. Analyze results, report bugs, and work with teams to drive resolutions. Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for coding standards and automation excellence. Qualifications 5–7+ years of hands-on Python programming (advanced OOP, libraries, etc.) Strong Selenium WebDriver experience for web automation. Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) using Python libraries (requests, httpx). Familiarity with pytest , unittest, or nose2. CI/CD integration and Git-based workflows. Solid grasp of automation design patterns (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid). Agile/Scrum experience and excellent problem-solving skills. BDD experience with Behave , Cucumber . Exposure to performance testing (Locust, JMeter). Docker/containerized test environments. Reporting tools like Allure or Extent Reports . Strong communication and leadership.
