Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting process development and manufacturing optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• *Job Title:** Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
• *Location:** Minneapolis, MN
• *Pay Range:** $52.88-$57.70 hourly
• *What's the Job?**

• Develop and modify manufacturing processes for high-precision products such as Ring Laser Gyroscopes and MEMS-based sensors.
• Define process equipment requirements and specifications to meet product standards.
• Analyze workflow, equipment layout, and assembly methods to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Support daily production activities and lead process improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce cycle times.
• Investigate technical issues, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

**What's Needed?**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with optics, sensors, electronic assemblies, or test equipment is highly valued.
• Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation, change control, and tracking.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis, with Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred.
