Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting process development and manufacturing optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$52.88-$57.70 hourly
What's the Job
Develop and modify manufacturing processes for high-precision products such as Ring Laser Gyroscopes and MEMS-based sensors.
Define process equipment requirements and specifications to meet product standards.
Analyze workflow, equipment layout, and assembly methods to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Support daily production activities and lead process improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce cycle times.
Investigate technical issues, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
What's Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with optics, sensors, electronic assemblies, or test equipment is highly valued.
Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation, change control, and tracking.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis, with Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred.
