Office Assistant Wanted
Established, growing electrical contracting company seeks Office Assistant with at least 2 years' experience.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional attitude. Must be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
Tasks
Handles and routes incoming phone calls, visitors and deliveries.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
Assist with new hire paperwork, payroll, as well as health insurance paperwork.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
***Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor a plus. ***Knowledge of Construction experience a plus.
