Associate Director Recruiter of Real Estate at The Bachrach Group Department: Office Services Reports To: Office Services Manager Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site (5 days/week) Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Availability: Must be flexible to work after hours and weekends as needed Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Position Overview The Mailroom & Office Services Assistant is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, while also providing general office services and production support. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely mail distribution, supporting internal teams, and maintaining an organized, efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities Sort, log, and distribute first-class mail, packages, and newspapers. Process and deliver overnight and ground shipments via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and other carriers. Meter and prepare outgoing mail in accordance with established procedures. Coordinate and manage international pouch shipments. Maintain advanced knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes and systems. Organize mail carts, mail slots, and delivery routes for efficient distribution. Maintain copy and mailroom areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and spaces remain clean and organized. Respond proactively to general office service requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide backup support to production and maintenance teams as needed. Assist maintenance staff with conference room setups, breakdowns, and general cleaning duties. Work after hours and weekends when required to support business needs. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience 3–5 years of experience in a mailroom or office services role. Prior experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred. Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with shipping procedures and systems, including domestic and international carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.). Proficiency with mailroom and office equipment, including postage meters, duplicators, and binders. Working knowledge of shipping software, basic computer applications, and email systems. Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
