What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for the EVDX portal components across quoting, ordering, assurance, and service delivery
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver customer-focused solutions in an agile environment
Build strong relationships across departments to gather feedback and align on product priorities
Conduct customer interviews to uncover pain points and validate product concepts
Prioritize enhancements and maintain a transparent backlog of tasks and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in Product Management for digital platforms or software tools, ideally in telecom or enterprise services
Familiarity with quoting, ordering, service delivery, and assurance processes
Understanding or willingness to learn Agile methodologies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic)
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURAL, and Figma
Technical background or certifications
