This role plays a critical part in driving customer engagement through personalized, targeted communications that support business goals, product awareness, and brand affinity.

Working in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), the CRM Specialist will manage both ongoing automated journeys and one‑off campaign sends, including the Trade Partner Newsletter, new product announcements, and lifecycle communications. The role collaborates closely with the Creative team for content, with the Digital Content Strategist on messaging alignment, and with external partners and agencies as needed.
