We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Parts Counter Associate
to join our growing automotive group. If you have solid knowledge of automotive parts and repair — along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service — this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with a respected and expanding organization.
What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding customer service to retail and internal service department customers
Accurately identify and source automotive parts to meet customer and technician needs
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability, pricing, and timelines
Maintain proper inventory levels, track special orders, and ensure timely fulfillment
Collaborate with the
Service Department
to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Assist in managing parts displays, labeling, and organization for optimal efficiency
Adhere to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven
automotive parts counter or related experience
preferred
Strong understanding of
automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals
Superior customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with computers and parts lookup systems
Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
