We’re seeking an experienced
Parts Manager
to oversee our dealership’s parts operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and team performance. If you’re driven by process, leadership, and delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage all day-to-day operations of the parts department.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate records for all parts transactions.
Coordinate with the Service and Sales departments to ensure timely and efficient support.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of counter personnel Monitor departmental performance and implement process improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts area that reflects dealership standards.
Uphold compliance with all company policies and manufacturer requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of dealership parts experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (Automate).
Proven ability to manage inventory efficiently and control costs.
Customer service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
What We Offer
Total Compensation:
$70,000–$80,000+ annually (base salary
plus commission )
