Essential Functions
Manages public relations and paid media communications with industry professionals to evaluate third-party advertising and publication opportunities.
Assesses and calculates the financial potential of paid placements and negotiates favorable terms.
Ensures strategic prioritization and brand positioning of services across third-party advertising channels to maximize brand awareness and ROI.
Maintains alignment between third-party placements and Glidewell’s marketing objectives, messaging, and creative strategy.
Evaluates post-campaign performance to guide future media decisions and partner selection.
Coordinates campaign calendar and status reporting for active and upcoming placements.
Collaborates with creative, brand, and digital teams to align campaign deliverables and deadlines.
Works closely with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations to track and report on return on investment (ROI) for paid media efforts, including:
Reporting across Workfront-integrated projects
Monitoring and summarizing online performance metrics from platforms like Campaign Monitor and GA4
Analyzing advertising spend, campaign results, and cost-performance trends
Helps support reporting workflows and dashboard building in collaboration with Marketing Ops.
Assists with internal and external print production jobs, including coordination, vendor communication, cost tracking, and delivery timelines.
Audits campaign materials and timelines to ensure consistent on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Interfaces with vendors and partners on campaign logistics, deliverables, and timelines.
Participates in Workfront project tracking and campaign performance workflows.
Ensures standardization of campaign workflows, intake forms, and reporting processes where applicable.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing or media planning role (agency or in-house)
Experience with campaign management tools such as Workfront, preferred
Working knowledge of digital media analytics, campaign tracking, and cost reporting
Experience working with print vendors or managing physical campaign materials is a plus
Pay Range: $31.00 to $42.00/ hr
