As aDigital Designer, you’ll create engaging assets across social media, email campaigns, and websites, collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver visually compelling designs that elevate brand presence and drive engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Design engaging graphics and motion assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
Create conversion-focused email templates that align with brand guidelines.
Support web and landing page design, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and on-brand experiences.
Develop creative content for banners, ads, and blog visuals to support campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital materials.
Contribute to a reusable design system for social, email, and web assets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative concepts with campaign goals.
Use feedback and analytics to optimize designs for engagement and performance.
Stay current on digital design trends and best practices.
What You’ll Need:
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree or certificate in Graphic Design required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of professional digital design experience.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
Portfolio demonstrating social media, email, and web design work.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
Motion design experience (After Effects or similar).
