What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver Salesforce software solutions across various business units, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
Maintain a business perspective to ensure systems support operational goals and user needs
Collaborate on multiple projects, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members
Continuously evaluate and propose enhancements for Salesforce features and third-party technologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale solutions
Proven success in implementing and optimizing functionality across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud
Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Aura framework
Proficient in Apex and Flows, with knowledge of declarative versus programmatic approaches
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
12+ years of software engineering experience focused on enterprise CRM platforms and scalable architecture
Proficiency in ETL tools and data processing pipelines emphasizing data quality and transformation
Familiarity with Salesforce platform-native security tools
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, or System Architect
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
