Oversee daily site operations for luxury custom home projects, from ground-breaking through final handover Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality Ensure all work meets design specifications, building codes, and safety standards Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, and designers to resolve field issues efficiently Manage and document site activities, inspections, and change orders using construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct) Lead site meetings and maintain open communication with clients and the project team Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in custom residential construction (luxury homes) Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver high-end projects on time and within budget In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and quality control standards Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with construction management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite If you’re an experienced Superintendent who takes pride in delivering exceptional custom homes, we’d love to hear from you - apply today!
