Responsibilities
Provide end-user support and training for UNICEF’s corporate programme systems, including RAM, eTools, UNPP, PRP, and CPX
Operate as the first line help desk focal point for system users, resolving issues and escalating complex problems as necessary
Support the planning and execution of system rollouts and upgrades, including testing new features and documenting feedback
Deliver Training-of-Trainers (ToT) and end-user training workshops, fostering user adoption and engagement
Prepare and maintain user-friendly communication materials and progress reports summarizing support activities and system enhancements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in global system rollout and support
Familiarity with UNICEF’s country programme cycle and associated processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; knowledge of another official UN language is a strong asset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with programme implementation lifecycle and UNICEF field experience
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and user support mechanisms
Knowledge of business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau
Readiness to undertake limited travel for interactions with UNICEF Country Offices
