What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop strategic recommendations on safeguarding and PSEA programming, ensuring continuity and alignment with organizational priorities
Provide implementation support for safeguarding initiatives and facilitate advocacy and fundraising efforts
Streamline existing assessment processes for Implementing Partners, focusing on integration and efficiency
Revise and develop resources and templates related to safeguarding, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective
Collaborate with various units to provide actionable recommendations from a systems perspective
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Gender Studies, Business Administration, International Development, or Social Sciences
5-7 years of relevant professional experience in program management, particularly within UN or INGO contexts
Demonstrated experience in safeguarding and PSEA, with advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proven communication skills, including facilitation of workshops and presentations
Fluency in English, with excellent writing and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Specialized training in safeguarding or PSEA
Experience in humanitarian settings or working with UNICEF country offices
Familiarity with UN Partner Portal PSEA module and other agencies' PSEA requirements
