We are a premier eye care destination with multiple locations across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties, offering diagnostics and surgical services with support from a team of experts. Who We Need We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join a respected practice group. You\'ll perform comprehensive vision exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote preventative eye health through patient education. This is an opportunity to collaborate with other Optometrists and Ophthalmologists and subspecialties such as cornea, glaucoma, retina, refractive, and oculoplastic. Who You Are You are energetic and professional, thrive in a fast-paced clinic, and provide compassionate, high-quality care. Candidates who are residency-trained and can conduct exams in Spanish are an asset. Travel between offices across South Florida is required. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vision exams and diagnose and manage ocular conditions Recommend vision-correcting solutions and optical products Promote preventative eye health through patient education Collaborate with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists and subspecialists as needed Traverse multiple office locations as required Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) and license in the practicing state Clinical practice experience with current Optometric technology and practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties New graduates are encouraged to apply Residency-trained or Spanish-language proficiency is a plus Compensation & Benefits
