Northwestern Medicine
is seeking a full-time BE/BC Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand to join our team in Sycamore and Sandwich, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago. We are known for providing world-class orthopedic care and the only healthcare system in Illinois with two nationally ranked orthopedic programs. Responsibilities
Lead a very busy practice with 13 Musculoskeletal Specialists and 7 Orthopedic Surgeons. Focus on hand and elbow care. Be the second fellowship-trained Hand Surgeon in the practice. Work with outstanding ancillary support including in-office PT/OT, MRI and ambulatory surgery center. Adhere to call requirements: Q7. Collaborate within a physician-led group that promotes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance. Provide care across Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital and Midlands Surgery Center with OR privileges. Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system. Visa sponsorship negotiable. Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand. Be a team player with a commitment to high-quality patient care. Compensation and Benefits
Outstanding compensation and benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, and CME fund. Salary range: $695,000 - $765,000. Community
