Principal AI Strategist

to lead Jade Global’s new

AI-First Advisory

practice — a specialized “tiger team” focused on driving high-impact AI transformation across our most strategic enterprise clients. This is a senior, client-facing role for a leader who blends

business strategy ,

technology evangelism , and

hands-on consulting expertise . You will lead short, high-intensity AI assessment engagements, define our advisory offerings, and help establish Jade Global as a trusted partner and thought leader in the AI-driven digital transformation landscape. Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategy Lead AI Advisory Engagements: Conduct 2–3 week rapid AI opportunity assessments with strategic customers, managing a hybrid onshore-offshore team. Identify & Prioritize Use Cases: Collaborate with client executives and Jade’s industry units to define high-impact AI applications that drive productivity, automation, and revenue growth. Develop Business Cases: Build robust ROI models, strategic roadmaps, and justifications for AI investment tailored to client objectives. Trusted Advisor: Engage directly with CXOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders to guide their AI strategy and innovation roadmap. Bridge Strategy & Delivery: Partner with Jade’s technical service lines (Data & Analytics, Enterprise Apps, Cloud, etc.) to translate strategy into actionable implementation plans and SOWs. Practice Development & Go-To-Market Enablement Define AI Offerings: Create and formalize Jade’s AI Advisory service offerings, frameworks, and engagement models. Develop Collateral: Build scalable sales and delivery toolkits — including pitch decks, proposal templates, and case studies. Sales Enablement: Support the sales organization with training, client presentations, and deal-shaping expertise. Thought Leadership: Partner with marketing to publish whitepapers, lead webinars, and position Jade Global as a leader in AI-first enterprise transformation. Qualifications & Experience

Required 10+ years of experience in

management consulting ,

technology advisory , or

strategic pre-sales

roles. Proven track record leading

discovery workshops ,

executive strategy sessions , and

short-term AI/innovation assessments . Strong business acumen with expertise in

ROI modeling ,

business case creation , and

strategic storytelling . Solid understanding of

AI/ML concepts ,

Generative AI applications (LLMs) , and real-world business use cases. Exceptional

executive presence

and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership. Demonstrated leadership in managing small, cross-functional consulting or delivery teams. Willingness to travel up to

50%

across the U.S. Preferred MBA

or advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field. Prior experience in defining

service offerings

or

go-to-market strategies

within IT services or consulting. Exposure to industries such as

Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Financial Services . Familiarity with major

cloud AI platforms



Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, AWS AI . Hands-on experience in

data analytics ,

automation , or
