The Product Management team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on ezCater’s Fintech portfolio. In this role, you will partner with our Finance team to develop enterprise-class solutions in B2B and B2C payments, partner payouts, fraud management, tax solutions, and regulatory technology. You will define our financial platform strategy and align products and processes across product, engineering, finance and external teams.
What You\'ll Do:
Define & Build:
Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps to enhance and expand our fintech capabilities, including incoming and outgoing payment processing, invoicing, fraud management and tax compliance.
Collaborate:
Partner with finance, engineering and security teams to identify needs and develop robust solutions. Work directly with senior stakeholders, customers and partners to understand their technology and make recommendations.
Organize & Prioritize:
Own the success of our FinTech product portfolio by establishing near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on key metrics. Own partner integrations and optimization.
Communicate Effectively:
Explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and break down topics for any stakeholder.
Leadership:
Serve as a thought leader in fintech product innovations, identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability.
What You Have:
Product leadership:
10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments. Proven success enabling top-tier payment services providers (PSPs).
Payments Experience:
8+ years in Fintech including B2C and B2B payments, the full fintech ecosystem (CC payments, payouts, alternate payment methods, fraud management, tax, money movements, regulatory technology). Deep understanding of payment processing flow, tokenization, refunds, disputes, fraud management and reconciliations.
Tax Solutions:
Experience designing and implementing Tax Solutions via Internal or Partner.
Compliance:
Strong grasp of compliance framework in fintech space, e.g., PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS.
Autonomy:
Highly self-directed with goal setting and disciplined execution.
Agile & Flexible:
Comfortable with risk, iteration, and high-growth fast-paced environments. Track record of delivering results and anticipating bottlenecks.
Data-driven:
Analytical with a customer focus. Experience with analysts and self-serve reports; capable of creating reports/analytics via reporting solutions and SQL.
Education:
Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $181,000 - $240,000 per year.
Note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and region, and may vary from the amount above. This range does not include additional compensation benefits (equity, 401K, or health/dental/vision).
