Seeking a
Division Materials Manager
to lead all
materials management and supply chain operations
across a large division. This role will develop and execute strategies to optimize material flow, inventory control, and demand/supply planning within a
lean enterprise environment . Key Responsibilities
Oversee materials management for the division, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency Lead planning, logistics, shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions Drive
Lean initiatives
, continuous improvement, and
S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to balance supply with customer demand Utilize
MRP/ERP systems
and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency Coach and develop materials management team members Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred) 6–8 years
of experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations Strong knowledge of
MRP/ERP systems, Lean principles, and forecasting tools APICS/ISM certification
preferred
