Permanent Position Summary
The Division Materials Manager leads all Materials Management activities for the division in alignment with the client’s WIN Strategy. This role drives strategy and execution in a lean enterprise environment, focusing on people, process, organization, and technology to optimize material flow, inventory, and customer service. Key Responsibilities
Lead the materials management team and ensure a safe work environment. Implement lean materials management practices including PFEP, capacity, and inventory planning. Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP execution. Optimize inventory levels and balance supply with demand. Manage supplier relations, logistics, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations. Ensure part data accuracy and standardization in systems. Develop and mentor team members to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Qualifications
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. Proficient in MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of lean enterprise principles. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering required. MBA preferred. 6–8+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations. APICS or ISM certification preferred. Prior participation in an executive or supply chain development program is a plus. Seniority level
